What printer brands do you support? +

We support most major 3D printer brands including Prusa, Ultimaker, Creality, Bambu Lab, Formlabs, and many more. Our software can connect via USB, network, or cloud connection. If you have a custom printer, our open API allows you to integrate almost any hardware.

Can I manage printers across multiple locations? +

Yes! AutoPrintFarm supports multi-site management, allowing you to monitor and control printers across different physical locations from a single dashboard. This is perfect for distributed manufacturing operations or multiple office locations.

Is my data secure? +

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your print files, designs, and operational data are stored securely with regular backups. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant.

Getting Started

How long does setup take? +

Most users are up and running in under 10 minutes. Simply download the software, install it on your computer or server, connect your printers, and you're ready to go. Our setup wizard guides you through each step.

Do I need special hardware? +

No special hardware required! AutoPrintFarm runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. You can run it on your existing computer, a dedicated server, or even a Raspberry Pi. Minimum requirements: 4GB RAM, dual-core processor, and stable internet connection.

Can I try before I buy? +

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. This gives you plenty of time to test AutoPrintFarm with your actual print farm before committing.

What kind of training do you provide? +

We offer comprehensive video tutorials, written documentation, live webinars, and a community forum. Premium plan customers also get access to one-on-one onboarding sessions with our support team.

Billing & Pricing

How does per-printer pricing work? +

You pay a flat monthly or annual fee for each printer connected to AutoPrintFarm. For example, if you have 10 printers on the monthly plan ($22.99/printer), your total is $229.90/month. Add or remove printers anytime, and billing adjusts automatically.

Can I change my plan? +

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you switch to annual billing mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for enterprise customers. Annual plans can also be invoiced if needed.

Do you offer discounts for large fleets? +

Yes! For operations with 50+ printers, we offer custom enterprise pricing with volume discounts. Contact our sales team for a personalized quote.

What's your refund policy? +

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

Technical Support

What support options are available? +

All customers get access to email support, our knowledge base, video tutorials, and community forum. Response times vary by plan: Starter (48 hours), Professional (24 hours), Enterprise (4 hours with priority support).

Do you offer phone or live chat support? +

Professional and Enterprise plan customers have access to live chat support during business hours (9am-6pm ET, Monday-Friday). Enterprise customers also get a dedicated support phone line.

Can you help with custom integrations? +

Yes! Our API is fully documented and we can help you integrate AutoPrintFarm with your existing systems. Enterprise customers can purchase professional services hours for custom development work.

What if a printer goes offline? +

AutoPrintFarm automatically detects offline printers and sends you alerts via email, SMS, or Slack (your choice). The dashboard clearly shows printer status, and you can set up custom alert rules for different scenarios.

Features & Capabilities

Can AutoPrintFarm automatically schedule print jobs? +

Yes! Our intelligent job scheduler automatically assigns print jobs to available printers based on printer capabilities, material loaded, current workload, and your custom rules. You can also manually assign jobs if you prefer full control.

Do you have a mobile app? +

Yes! Our mobile app for iOS and Android lets you monitor your print farm from anywhere. Check printer status, view live camera feeds, receive alerts, and even pause or cancel prints remotely.

Can I see camera feeds of my prints? +

If your printers have cameras (or you add external cameras), AutoPrintFarm can display live feeds directly in the dashboard. We also support time-lapse recording of completed prints.

What kind of analytics do you provide? +

We track detailed metrics including printer uptime, success rates, material usage, job completion times, and cost per print. Generate custom reports, export data to CSV, or integrate with your BI tools via our API.
